  • The price we quote is the price you pay. Nothing gets added at checkout because there is no checkout, and there's no agency in the middle taking a cut.

  • We invoice the company, with the terms agreed in writing before anyone arrives.

  • Extending is a message, not a new booking. If a job overruns or a repair takes longer than the insurer said, we'll keep the house where we can.
